I use these at night for my sore thumb joints. Seem to ease the pain and strengthen my hands. Very soft and well built.

Needed a stress ball to help with blood & plasma medical tests; it has a solid, firm feel when squeezed. High resistance is experienced when using a full-handed grip, but it is still easy to use with a pinching grip. Even for everyday use, it's perfect & fits in the pocket. Honestly perfect. I've been stressed recently and this is great. It's slightly bouncy, a nice size, and a little firm with a jelly texture; so it's good for taking your stress out on. I also like the outside texture, it doesn't get sweaty if you have sweaty hands and has stayed relatively clean. There was no smell that I noticed, or any kind of sticky feeling because of the outside; so I would definitely purchase again. Also, side note, the color was on point, if that's something you're looking for. Overall great product for a great price.

Exactly what I needed for work in an office. It's soft enough to squeeze, firm enough to feel good while squeezing, and solid enough to throw and spin up to myself in my chair like a baseball. Much better than any other stress balls I've seen and it's quiet, so it won't annoy your co-workers.

I use squeeze balls to loosen and strengthen my arthritic hands. The serenilite ball is amazing. The center of the ball has a firmer texture that allows me to squeeze the ball very firmly. I own several squeeze balls, all of them are good. This one is by far the best. It also relieves stress and tension.
