For those of us with fine hair (but a lot of it) these are the absolute GOAT of hair elastics. No snagging, no weighing it down and the color is so close to my hair that they blend in seamlessly. Tons of stretch and give means you can wrap them numerous times and still not break them. Absolutely worth the cost.

Love these elastics! This is my 6th package & will continue to buy more. I’ve never had one break (not saying they won’t but I’ve not had it happen). They hold your hair very well & come out easily without tangling & twisting up. They also do not cause breakage which I love!

These are the best hair elastics, period. I have long, thick hair and it's perpetually in a 'mom ponytail'. I've been using Blax hair elastics for the past 15 years and they are truly the best. No metal to snag on your hair, smooth, and they glide through your hair (be it fine or coarse) when you remove them. I don't have any broken hairs or split ends thanks to how gentle they are, and they are very durable. I often put my hair in a bun too, stretching the elastic out a lot. It doesn't return to the original size and they get stretched out a tiny bit, but still very strong and not droopy like some other hair ties. I recently found a pack that I bought 7 years ago, and they are still good as new- not brittle or un-stretchy like some other brands can be over time. Fantastic value and product.

Expensive but well made ! Does 't break -

I was very surprised by how much I liked these bands. After reading mixed reviews I decided to purchase them anyways. I have thin hair but a lot of it and medium length. I was looking to replace some smaller clear bands I've bought before. They come in a 2 pack of 8 each. I tried them for the first time last night and worked perfectly. My other ones I'd just throw away afterwards but these are of good quality. I was worried about if they would damage my hair when I took it out but it just slid right off but didn't seem to budge when in. They are stretchy but still stay put when in your hair. I like that they are a thick width so that it makes my pony tail pop out a little bit more. I read some complaints about the price but I dont really think they are that pricey. This is a product I will use every day and they come out to less than a dollar each. These wouldnt be worth it if you tossed them afterwards tho but I think that these are higher quality. I first discovered black s. Oh I don't know 15 years ago or more and they were black which really stood out against my blonde hair. But they were the best because they were as good as rubber bands or they are kind of rubber bands. But they didn't get trapped and stuck in my hair. They easily removed without tearing or ripping. Absolutely phenomenal, kind of like magic

These are very thin. These are too weak for me to use in a ponytail. They are more like rubber bands you would use for braces.

The elastic stretches and doesn't come back to normal. I think it's expired.
