It's to clean stains on skin left from coloring hair - around hairline and such. Works great!

Can I use this to remove stains on a wall or the floor?

I use it all the time to clean wherever the color goes. great on sink, floor etc. Painted wall OK too. It really helps to get the mess quickly...but it works much better to clean (even after) than anything I have ever used before.

Will it remove dye staining on my scalp without removing color from my hair?

I use it to take excess of of my eyebrows and it does not take off the color.

Will this remove dye from lace?

I’m not sure about lace specifically but I know that I’ve used it to remove hair dye from other fabrics and it worked well.
