ASU Joint Support Supplement, 300mg Avocado Soy Unsaponifiables, Once Daily

So far, my knees are feeling better with less stiffness and pain

I believe that this compound has essentially eliminated my knee pain. I have been taking Osteo Bi-flex for quite some time for joint pain--I am 63. The story behind the Osteo-B is that I had been complaining to my wife about pain and she recommended I try it. Within three days I experienced a significant, noticeable improvement. When I finished the bottle I stopped taking it and after three days I felt like someone had beaten me with a bag of oranges! Needless to say that I got back on it in a hurry. About four months ago I began experiencing pain in my right knee. I had not experienced an injury and could find no reason for the pain, which was aggravated by running. My doctor suggested an injection, which I declined. I then went to a chiropractor and was put through a regimen of exercise and stretching--no joy. I then read a scientific study that had evaluated a series of treatments for arthritic pain. Glucosamine/Chondrotin (Osteo Bi-flex) was indicated for general joint relief, but not knee pain. The supplement they recommended for knee pain was Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables. When I sought this out I came across the Arthocen 300 Joint Health product AND IT HAS WORKED LIKE MAGIC! I do not know why it targets the knee, and I do not think medical science does either, but it just works. I can run without pain and am a happy camper.

After completing my first bottle, I can say that I've have less joint discomfort than usual. However, because it was winter, I also haven't been as physically active as usual, so I'm not sure whether this deserves any credit. I do plan to keep taking it, so I guess that says something. If my joints hold up better, over the spring and summer than last year, then I'll try to update this review.

I have hereditary OA in my knee. Supplements, physical therapy, shots, followed by more expensive shots then more PT didn't work for me. Tried the Costco supplement and it made things worse. I could barely get out of bed in the morning without deep pain, and no longer could enjoy hiking everyday. I wanted my life back. I suffered & looked for a solution for over 4 years. My ortho said next step/last resort is surgery. Yeah...no. I was desperate for relief. Went online, did research and read about avocado soy unsaponifiables on the Mayo Clinic website. Ordered this product, thinking I have nothing to lose & vowed to give it time to work. Only 10 days later, yes 10, I felt so much better! I have been taking Arthrocen everyday for over 2 years first thing in the morning...I am like a new person. I hike everyday, stretch, workout, and have no pain most days...a few days very little pain, but I can still exercise with no discomfort. Best of all...no surgery! Be patient and give this time to work for you. I was lucky after 10 days. This supplement rules. I have my life back thanks to Arthrocen!!!

The product works. I have found that my bottles doe not have a 60 day supply of capsules. I started taking 1 capsule daily from this present bottle on 4/12/20; I marked the bottle with the date. I keep it separate from my other supplements so that I will only take the required 1 capsule daily. After taking my daily capsule today, I counted to see how many I had remaining. I have only 15 capsules, which will take me to May 26. A 60 day supply should take me to June 10th. I had noticed with previous bottles that the supply seemed to run out before 60 days. There appears to be a quality control issue when it comes to the filling of the capsules in the bottles. I do not know if you've received a complaint of this nature before as most people aren't vigilant about this matter when taking pills. I do know that this issue needs to be addressed ASAP, as the high cost of the product deems it necessary that the consumer can rest assured that they are receiving the correct amount of capsules in each bottle purchased. Because of this, I am seriously considering purchasing a similar product from another manufacturer because of this issue.
