The fan is excellent. It's sleek, quiet, and versatile and surprisingly powerful. And if you are replacing and existing fan and not squeamish about electrical wiring (make sure the fuse is off), installation is a breeze. I highly recommend that you purchase the version that has the smart controller. It's not much more expensive and it's very convenient to be able to control the fan from your phone or Alexa or whatever. Most notably, their customer service is on point. During my purchase I regretted not purchasing the wifi-enabled controller and the company was very responsive and worked with me to get my controller swapped out with the smart version. I am a fan of this fan.

Great looking fan that's easy to install and works great. I like that there are 6 speeds and even the lowest speed moves a lot of air and is very quiet. I wish you were able to turn on the fan portion with a switch but only the light comes on. We ran into an issue where the light doesn't turn fully off when you turn it off with the remote but after contacting customer service they had a solution and shipped it next day for us. I don't think you can beat it for the price.

Love this fan and use in all of my rental apartments and now using it in my home. It is well made, easy to install, and has great features. It is a very stable fan, no shaking.The remote is such an added plus allowing you to turn fan off or on , also controlling lights and fan speed. You can reverse the fan direction which is great in summer or winter to keep the air moving. I would highly recommend this fan to anyone looking for high quality and great style at a good price.

I own two of these Sofucor 52-inch flush-mount fans. • First unit: perfect out of the box – almost no wobble, silent, remote flawless. • Second unit: severe clockwise wobble, noise, and remote issues right after installation. Instead of returning through Amazon, I contacted Sofucor directly. Their support was exceptional: near-instant responses and every replacement part (blades, receiver, complete new fan, plus an additional motor) arrived within 3–5 days. Multiple dismounts and remounts were required, but they kept sending whatever was needed until the fan worked perfectly. The replacement now performs exactly like the first one. Additional positives: • Modern, attractive design • All parts for a standard installation are included • Very easy and quick to install • Outstanding value for the price (remote, dimmable LED light, reversible motor, flush-mount) I have been an Amazon customer for many years and have dealt with dozens of brands. No company has ever given me support anywhere close to what Sofucor provided. For the money, this is a winner in looks, features, and performance once running correctly. Beautiful, almost silent fan! This looks better than pictured.its truly wood, vs. some plastic laminate. It circulates a lot of air, almost soundlessly. It will be much easier to dust than our previous fan with six blades, hardware and individual lights. The functions like changing the color temperature of the light and sepless dimming are really nice.my only concern is the remote. It feels really cheap and is a bit glitchy. I’d like to purchase an extra remote in case this one stops working, because without a remote I’d be SOL. One thing I dislike about Amazon vs. eBay or Etsy is the inability to directly contact the seller to ask questions.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. High quality product that looks sleek and is extremely quiet (DC motor).. Remote is easy to use and offers many options for fan speed and lighting. The installation, in my opinion, was average in terms of difficulty. De-installing the old fan was more difficult and took more time. The product is well-built. I would definitely purchase another one of these fans for other rooms.

Update: we got the replacement remote and sensing unit in the mail a while after posting the original review. It’s installed and installed he fan seems to be working great! I am hanging my original 3 stars to a 5. Photo is of light at 2 of the 3 available warmth settings. The materials in this seem good. Our contractor installed this for us on a covered deck, so can't speak to the ease of installation. The pros: It looks nice. THe wind option (variable random speed changing) seems cool, and there is a screen on the remote to let you know your settings. The cons: It quit working about 3 hours after it was installed. I contacted customer service. They suggested the wires be rechecked. They were and they were fine. I let them know that and then they shipped me out a replacement remote control module to install on the fan. It's been too cold out to install it, so can't say if that is the fix at this point or not. I'll update the review after the new module is installed.

Always been a Hunter guy and they’ve never disappointed. Learned my lesson 40 years ago that cheap ceiling fans are just not good: they’re noisy and they wobble! While redecorating, my wife did not see any Hunters that she liked and picked this one out. So far I have to say I’m really impressed! Have bought 4 of them now over the last 2 years and all have exceeded expectations to date. Whisper quiet, no wobble and they are so light which made the installation so much easier! The led light is very nice as well; very easy to get the exact color/brightness for any setting.

This fan is very quiet and the overall appearance is excellent. The build quality feels solid and it performs well once operating. I was specifically looking for a fan with “power-off memory,” where turning the wall switch on would automatically start the fan. Unfortunately, this model does not function that way. When power is restored from the wall switch, the fan does not automatically turn on. It needs to be powered on using the remote. Overall, I’m still happy with the fan for its quiet operation and clean design. Just something to be aware of if wall-switch power-on is important to you.

It looks great, housing is solid & It has real wood blades. Out of the box, super easy to install also. Only quirk, one of the washers was missing but frankly, it wasn’t a significant issue. All and all, super happy with it. Let’s see how it holds up, but unless something pops up, I’m buying more.

Compre 4 ventiladores de este tipo y, debido al Huracan OTIS en Acapulco, los 4 controles remotos se dañaron. El proveedor sin mas tramite que el de narrar este hecho, me mando los repuestos. Yo habia tratado de contactar a sofucr (marca) y no podia resolver el tema Una felicitacion por tres cosas: 1.- Todos mo "chulean" los ventiladores por ser esteticos y modernos 2.- Nada de ruido y muy buen flujo de aire 3.- El servicio postventa es, por decir lo menos, excepcional

Tardo en llegar, pero es de buena calidad y está muy bonito y funcional.
