I was looking for a larger whisky glass and these do the trick. They are flawless and have a nice weight to them. Very happy with my purchase!

July 13, 2016: I am changing my rating from 3-star to 5-star after using them for over 1.5 year. They are very sturdy, despite the thinness of the glass. For that reason, they are worth the price. I bought a set similar to these from Costco (usually Costco will not sell anything that is low quality), and another slight different set from the same manufacturer from the Amazon Warehouse Deals. I am very impressed with the quality of all those glasses when compared with the ones I have purchased in the past (that break and stain in dishwasher easily). However, I am not sure about these glasses. The reason is that the other glasses from the same manufacturer stated explicitly that the "ingredients of son.hyx allow the glasses to be more brilliant in color and sound, increase their durability and strength." They also stated that they come with a 25 year warranty. These particular set of glasses did not state that. They may be same as others or may be of older or inferior quality because the web site did not mention that. If I had read that carefully, I would not have bought these glasses. My mistake, but the issue remains. POSITIVES: 1. They are made of *very* clear glass. 2. They look very nice. 3. Made in Italy. NEGATIVES: 1. A bit on the pricey side. 2. It is *quite* thin at the rim.

Si algo me gustaba de estos vasos era que la orilla era delgada y se veía elegante y de buena calidad. Está nueva versión la orilla viene más gruesa y son ligeramente más bajos que los originales. Cuando pongo uno alado de otro se nota la diferencia en calidad. No sé qué pasó con la manufactura pero me gustaba mucho más como los hacían antes. Dudando si los regreso o no.

Perfect for cocktails at home - feels very nice in the hand, and looks great

Have had these glasses for years now. They have a heavy bottom that I really like. They are top heavy if you tip them upside down to dry and are tippy which is why I needed to replace them as they fall over and roll off the counter and break... Only caution is the packaging is not great when being shipped so one of the glasses was broken. Amazon did give me a partial refund as I still kept the 3 good ones but be mindful of this.
