Q: Will this work on a mustache?

I suppose it could, although I wouldn't try it on facial hair (I wear a goatee). The creme contains lead acetate, and it isn't something you want to be ingesting by accident.

Q: Does this product contain lead?

Yes it does. Here are the ingredients shown on the Amazon page: Water , Glycerin , Emulsifying Wax NF , Paraffinum Liquidum , Lanolin , Sulfur , Cetearyl Alcohol , Lead Acetate , Fragrance , Ceteareth-20 , Methylparaben , Propylparaben. It works well but not fast thus the Gradual statement and goal. This is not a bottle of brown hair dye. You would be smart to use it as a styling aide and you will see results over time, not over night.

Q: when using liquid Youthair during initial application process, should I wash my hair every day or allow the product to build up?

Agree with the rinse it out on day #1 and wash out on Day #2. Another trick though is that is seems to work MUCH faster if you re-wet your hair on the first day of each application. It seems that if it goes on damp (of course) and then dries, it worked....I used a spray bottle on mist setting and hit my hair every couple of hours, let it dry and then did it again....very impressed with the results and faster this way. No down side to trying it for yourself.
