Compact & good price + top customer service!!!
Love this product! It is much more affordable than the fancier ones but works just as well; it has less info on the display than a Concept2 but otherwise there is little difference. And it's much more compact, which is a plus in my book -- I can actually fit it into my home. Hegen-shop's customer service is the BEST -- when a screw was damaged, they immediately sent me a replacement part; and when I did not receive it (someone must have taken it after the delivery guy left it on my doorstep), they were sympathetic and sent me a *second* replacement part. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended!
