Easy to set up. Website simple and efficient. I test scanned the tag with my own phone and everything displayed correctly. I hope my dogs never get loose but if they do, I will have more hope in getting them returned to me with their Dinotag on. The price is very reasonable. Especially if your best friend runs away - in that terrible moment you would empty your bank account to get them back. At around $15 per tag, it's a small price to pay upfront.

So far I like it. It is no nonsense. I have concerns about the tag of being scratched. Being able to be unreadable.They do offer a warranty program but I have not researched it. I would hope that they would replace a tag immediately, free of charge. Otherwise, I think this is a great buy. No frills. People can Scan the QR code ON THE tag and find all the information on this particular pet. The big advantage of this is, you can edit the information and Assign the tag to different things such as luggage, purses, your mom. Once the QR code is read. That person can access a multitude of information to get in contact with the owner. Love it. The Responses are recorded in depth. You get an email from the responder And it not only gives you an exact location but their IP address.

I got this for my 4 year old cat that loves to try to escape. It fits nicely on her collar and doesn't bother her at all. It doesn't make any annoying clack sounds when she walks around either. She is a sweet cat so it would be easy for someone to get her to see the tag and scan it.Setting it up online was a little weird and not very user friendly, but even the most un tech savvy person (like me) should be able to do it.

My cat is an escape artist. This tag, a microchip, and the Tab Cat device make it easy to find him if he bolts.The only think I dislike about this product is the website that you must use up s tivate the tag. It’s overly complicated and difficult to navigate.I appreciate all the information that is stored on the company’s cloud including photos of your cat, medical info, your contact info, and a reward section. If someone finds your lost pet using this tag, they receive a free one.It is not a GPS locator. It’s just a tag with a code in the back. If someone enters that code on the website, you are notified. Simple, no batteries, charging etc.

Arrived quickly, website was easy to set up, and the tag is bright and lightweight. I can't speak to how well it works though but hope I never need to use it. Gives me more peace of mind.

This is the most amazing thing ever Dinah tag is awesome I have one for me now too.I now feel completely confident that if my dog is lost and found she will get back to me 100% and the people will know everything about her that's necessary including emergency contacts just by simply scanning with the QR Code thing so it's amazing I highly suggested it's well worth the money.Oh did I mention it's easy to use too it is.

It’s definitely better than nothing! On-line registration is not very intuitive and lost pet location isn’t all that accurate, but it will get you in the general vicinity, ONLY IF someone scans the tag or logs on the website. The most positive aspect of the tag is that, if/when you receive an email alert, you know that someone who cares enough to go through the process of logging into the website, found your pet. A great addition to a microchip, since it doesn’t require a trip to a vet or shelter to find the owner.

Very cute and seems to be worth the price. The QR code works. I tested it and it showed the location of the scan. Also this company had a Good Samaritan program that rewards people who find lost animals when they submit the story.

Great alternative to other tags. I could enter a lot of info on the website. Easy to use and enter data, could scan the code with any phone. Just a microchip:it depends on the person who finds your dog if they contact you or not. I really recommend this

Have been using this for a month now, it works great. It also gives you the IP address of whomever accesses the tag which you can then reverse for GPS tracking in case of crime.

Arrived on time and easy to register. However the bar code is very small to use with a smart phone. Also the link on the tag is not very strong and I have had to replace it as I could see the tag being lost.

Really difficult to review this as the product is fab a really good idea tag quality good however the ring on my one failed in a week tag got lost !

Very easy to get started, don’t buy the cheaper ones / nightmare . Have a little peace of mind now,
