I got this balloon creature for my brother. From the moment he laid eyes on his plastic kangaroo, I knew they would be best friends. His name…Johnny Steve. The bond that instantly formed between these two was strong and unbreakable. Until one sad day when Johnny Steve tore at the tail. Not only did he physically deflate, but my brother’s spirits deflated with him. With a little duct tape, Johnny Steve was alive once more. Sadly, he suffered more injuries that were not repairable. He passed away quietly in his sleep. His memory lives on and one day, maybe Johnny Steve will grace our lives once more.

I was told by my pool guy that Iguanas are afraid of alligators. Iguanas are a real nuisance for pool owners here in south Florida, so i thought I would give it a try and so far it has worked. Haven't seen an Iguana since I pit the gator in the pool, besides he looks pretty cool floating in my pool.

I originally bought this for a practical joke. My neighbor installed a pool, and I was joking that he may wake up to find any number of kinds of animals in his pool. (We live in a very rural NH setting). He asked, Really? and I said Sure! You never know what may come out of the woods to enjoy the water. One evening while he and his wife were out, I snuck it over. The next morning, they spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what was in the pool. When they did, they called me laughing and said they loved the joke. I responded that it was just a neighbor looking out for another neighbor and that I heard the alligator would keep away ducks. (The real joke was that I had 60 mini ducks to duck the pool with when they removed the alligator.) However, at their previous house, their pool had been a favorite hangout for birds who made a mess of the pool. They decided to keep the alligator in place, and it really did keep birds away and the pool cleaner. The alligator remained in the pool for the rest of the season. (The joke's on me - I never got to duck the pool). The tail of the alligator when looped over the ladder, kept it in the pool - as we live on the top of a hill with a northern exposure, and it gets very windy here. Great product! would recommend for keeping birds and ducks out of pools! (even mini, rubber ducks!) 🤣

I used this one and many other animals by this company to create a zoo themed lesson in my classroom! The children loved it and they were a hit! 100% recommend and will purchase from again if the need arises!
