Dear fellow amazon customers. if you are reading this right that means you are probably looking for a review for saffron. If you are an adult who has trouble swallowing pills, supplements etc. ( I know a few people in my life that do) I want you to know that this product is easy to swallow. There is an after taste of saffron but it is not unpleasant. I have taken this for a whole week and I can confirm that I feel an increase in my energy levels. I am on a weight loss journey. I want to make the process as smooth as I can since my body is transforming. Through my process I have noticed that I have a few changes. My heart doesn't beat as hard as it used to due to weight loss and i have more energy. I like to keep busy so this is definitely aiding my body as I go through my day. Anyone who is dieting or has trouble swallowing pills this would be the saffron product to go with as the pill is small and smooth and does what it states in the description. The bottle comes with a 30 day supply, 60 pills and you take two pills per day by mouth with water and a meal. I have enclosed a photo with my review and it will show the size comparison ( I used a Bic lighter to demonstrate that these pills are tiny so you shouldn't have any issues with swallowing.) However if you still prefer, these pills can be still cut open and sprinkled into your smoothie, drink and or on your food if you prefer taking it a different way. I hope my review helps as I know it can be difficult to find proper reviews for holistic/natural products.

I have had a lot of positive results using the Saffron Extract capsules. I felt like my body and mind was being cleansed. I feel there is clearer thinking and quicker reaction. The biggest impact has been in my mood. The has been an increase in my overall mood. I suffer from anxiety/depression, it tends to be more seasonal. This supplement really help me balance out more and stay motivated as I went to the gym as well. This products is also great because there are no weird aftertastes or side effects that I experienced while using this product. I would highly recommend this product to anyone 5/5 stars.

I was very pleased with this supplement. The taste is very mild; you actually get hit with a pleasant touch of saffron when ingesting, which is a major contrast to a lot of supplements that taste just awful. The capsules are also small and very easy to swallow. The bottle comes with 60 capsules, so at the recommended 2 a day dosage, each bottle is about a month's supply. I feel improvements in many of the areas it claims to boost – I felt an increase in energy, focus, and overall mood. I would recommend this product.

There was an issue with the bottle I received so I wasn’t able to take the product, but I wanted to note that the company reached out immediately to rectify the situation.

It’s really hard to get a noticeable effect from most vitamins and supplements anymore. They say they’re good for you and you know that they are but you might not notice for years. I got these for general mood swings from my shift work. I have to say this is the first time I’ve noticeably felt better and different in a good way like this. I’ve already started in on my second bottle and I’m sure will continue forevermore. What a nice surprise to find something like this that actually does what it says quickly enough to not get discouraged and just quit taking them. Very pleased with this product and the pills are smaller and easy to take.

I’ve been taking this for a few years, and initially noticed the results mentioned. However, I’ve been feeling differently the past few months and relooked at my current bottles and the recommended dose used to say 2 pills and now it says 1. The amount per capsule is supposedly the same. What changed? I am going to try a different brand because I definitely noticed a difference. I’m unsure if these are legit anymore.

I love this product. I haven't used other saffron products so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I do have lupus and this supplement has shown me the benefits of saffron in just a week. I decided to try it because my memory has been bad, brain fog, joint pains, etc. All the not so fun stuff that comes along with lupus. In a week's time the inflammation in my fingers has gone down, my mood has been better and my fatigue hasn't been as bad. I'll see how things are in a month and update my review then.

I took these for about a month and the only thing I could see they did was give me diarrhea and make my stomach upset. They didn't work for me unless you count that I didn't want to eat anything because I thought I was going to throw up if I did.
