Easy to follow, great meals, has he been a lot of time this is awesome!

I saw this guy on tiktok, all his meals looks amazing. However, I’m not sure the recipes match what he’s making in his own kitchen. Following the recipes definitely leave a lot to be desired.

Not many recipes were in here & I was disappointed the first quarter of the book.

Most of the pages were like to plan out your meals for the month. There weren't that many recipes and they weren't things that I would like. I'd rather have a regular cook book with lots of recipes and then just see if they work well after being frozen or not. Not worth the money- I returned it.

All of the recipes look delicious. Sadly converting every recipe is too much work on top of prepping the food. I contacted them and they said their publisher didn't care to do another version?! Well, I'm sure you're getting a lot of returns, like mine. Hope they figure it out. Returned.

Not nearly as slick and well presented as his Tic Tok posts. The photography is very mediocre. the meal presentation not as appealing as he shows on other forums. Overpriced for such an average book.Ditto on other reviewer's views on his love life.......... SO not interested!

I am really dissapointed that I had previously purchased this having heard this authors absolutely disgraceful views on woman, I will not be purchasing anything else from this author and I would encourage any woman to think twice before doing so
