Great taste, smooth, creamy. Worth the try . I am not sure if it helps with weight loss yet. You only get by packets in a box. Basically enough for 3 days.

Bought this because I had heard some other people talking about it. I drank a cup on Sunday and made the mistake of not eating for a while. I was jittery on the inside, like I drank too much coffee. I drank another cup on Monday and remembered to eat breakfast. Still felt jittery. Be careful if you are sensitive to caffeine.

Has a good taste and I didn't use any sugar, just a little creamer. Wish there were a few more packages (only 3) then I could see if it really worked on the weight goal.
