I needed to take more tumeric and had trouble sleeping so this seemed to fit the bill. I like a good latte. It doesn’t taste bad and dissolves well but the first whiff smells like dog food. I anticipated something more ginger/spicy smelling so the aromatics threw me off. I drank it anyways since I was determined to try it. Very effective. Drowsy within 30 mins. It does the job folks.

Very good, but the taste requires a little getting used to. It can be a little bitter if you put too much. I put 1/4 teaspoon in hot coconut milk (not the full amount).

my adult picky daughter says this tastes really good ,and she is very hard to please.

After trying different supplements for sleep, this drink has all the things, tastes great and creates a nice, evening ritual to facilitate a great night’s sleep. Very happy I tried it - now on subscribe & save.

I’m interested to know- How many milligrams of melatonin does each serving contain? I can’t find this info anywhere. The taste is bitter but made better with almond milk. The smell of it is foul when you open the canister, but it doesn’t seem to really smell once you mix it. Probably wouldn’t purchase again but willUse it because it seems good for my health.
