About 1.98mm. It is about as thick as two credit cards which is 1mm thin.

How do i connect my phone to this device? i have an android btw.

If I recall correctly, (I purchased the tile after six months of owning this because this the signal was inconsistent) it came with a sheet that had a QR code to their app through google.
