All these products are same. Most have same oils ,etc. Is there a difference or just more products for marketing?

I discovered Good Lab Blooming & Thickening serum on Amazon. Solid list of ingredients and not greasy at all. It dries on your scalp without making an oily mess. Does a good job of blocking DHT at the hair root.

Once I have acheived my goal of stopping hair loss and seeing thicker hair must I continue to always use or can I stop at some point?

You must continue to get the growth benefits else the unblocked DHT will cause your original condition to return. It will take months but new hair will shed and hair follicles will minimize.

Can anyone that didn’t receive this for free tell me if this oil is legit?

I can't answer if it's "legit" or not. I did pay for mine, and did write a review. Like a lot of other hair loss products, whether it works on you or not depends on the underlying cause. It didn't work on me, but I'm not convinced my hair loss was due to DHT. I did get good results with Roagaine, however, and also peppermint and rosemary oil in an almond oil base that I mixed up myself.
