Under Armour Men's Armour HeatGear 3/4 Leggings

The quality of these cannot be understated. I've bought several other men's leggings/capris/compression tights and have never really found a great pair that checked all the boxes but these exceeded my expectations in every way. They easily slip on (unlike most), they're extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. They're thin but don't look weird, show anything off, and are stretchy and bend with me as I move. I don't find myself having to adjust them in a heavy workout when moving a lot, they stay in place. They're warm enough to wear outside but not hot, I've warn them on a summer day and a slightly chilly night and they were great for both, breathable but not releasing too much heat. One of my biggest dislikes with a lot of men's tights is that they're too tight near the crotch, show off too much, slide off during workout, and require wearing shorts on top to stay modest. These are maybe the only pair of men's leggings that has a long enough inseam, is shaped perfectly, and is tight enough so that wearing them alone doesn't draw attention and looks perfectly normal. This might not bother all men, but I've wanted tights I felt I could run through my neighborhood with and these fit that need. Really wish there were more out there like this, will definitely be buying again.

Best compression leggings I've purchased in many years. Got the tall size because I really didn't want Capri length and it worked out good. These actually do help keep things cooler. The band does not roll over which is a big plus with me. I'm using as a base layer when cycling or hiking and my legs feel stronger, more energy.

I like these a lot. I wear a medium in their shirts, pants, and underwear, but the large in their leggings is the exact same size in the waist as their medium underwear. I did end up returning the full length leggings for these, as these give the proper waist size and aren’t loose in the legs like the full length. Good quality and I would definitely recommend them if you are used to the 3/4 length or think that you can get used to them. This style is also much better for warm weather/summer time. One star down due to inconsistent sizing with their products. For reference. I am 5 foot 11 inches, 150-155 pounds (depending on the day), and around a 32-33 inch waist and the large in these are perfect. Again, I wear medium with their underwear, pants, and shirts, but I wear a large with their compression shirts, and sweatshirts. I also have to size up a half size for their shoes.

Under Armour is always my go-to brand for casual compression tights. I’ve tried others but there’s always something not right with economical brands…either with the fit or the spandex material is thin. I say casual compression because true compression like those used for powerlifting competition is on a whole other level of compression…it’s much thicker material that almost cuts off circulation but that level of support is what’s needed in competition. These compression 3/4 tights are just right for casual gym use to cover legs in lieu of pants so your legs don’t stick to vinyl abductor/adductor machines or leg extension/curling machines, etc…or just to cover legs instead of sweets or gym pants. Also, the thickness of material, fit, construction, and quality of Under Armour is always better than any other brand. Once other brands wear out, your UA will still be like-new. You get what you pay for and with UA, every cent paid is worth it. Yeah…I wish UA was cheaper but like all quality, you’ll have to buy a second or third economical brand before you even begin to break in an UA product so you save $ in the long run. As for length, these are slightly longer 3/4 tights compared to economical brands but still 3/4. And for me as a shorter guy (5’5” 29” inseam), these fall about 2” above my angle which is perfect where economical brands of 3/4 tights fall just below my calf. Full length UA tights would be just a little too long. And the colors available in UA 3/4 tights are fantastic. I have the gray and recently bought the red, the latter of which works great with black or gray shorts and tops.
