Metal cake stand fittings are sturdier and much more superior than none metal fittings. Very pleased with this product.

I was given a set of 3-tier plates and I needed the center attachment hardware - this fit the bill with a choice of two popular finishes.

I both this item to make a 3 tier plate stand as a gift. This product is so poorly designed that it does not have a washer under to be used under every plate except the rubber washers. Once you assemble the stand the plastic washers are not sturdy enough to hold the plate in place.
