Great recipes for people who are on lectine free diet
Loved the variety of recipes in this book, I have already tried a few, very delicious. My only problem is that some of them require special ingredients or many needs cassava flour which i don't have, but can't wait to get it, so I can try more recipes.

The most complex book of lectin free diet
Claudia's book is a good, easy to understand and well written-book, with a lot of diverse and easy to make recipes, to prepare for you or your family everyday. It is helpful even for the people who are not particularly on a diet, but want to try a healtier lifestyle.Very inspiring!I love the multicultural recipes (romanian-dutch mix) and I like the fact that she wrote all the measurement in grams as well. For someone from Europe it is hard to understand the US cup measurements.Just great! Definetly worth the investment!

Would highly recommend to anyone who loves to cook and looking for a more healthy and well-rounded diet. Well done, Claudia! :)
