Great quality
I've had this for awhile now and it still works great, no discolouring, it is high quality and durable. I use it for cutting the curds when I make cheese, it is a perfect and affordable curd slicer.

Wood carving relief
I needed a spatula like this for removing a relief wood carving from its paper sandwich backing. Just what I wanted. I like that it is straight, not bent. Sturdy enough without being too thick.

An excellent addition to your culinary took kit, especially if you're attempting to step up your crepe game. I would suggest the 6 or 8 inch version if you do not have at least a 12" size pan.
