What can you do wrong with a winch you might ask. Well, plenty. However this winch is well designed, packaged and arrived right away. Unfortunately for the manufacturer it will probably never wear out! I have several winches, don’t ask why but I have several of most everything if that tells you anything, but this is my favorite to use and to look at. A lovely winch as such things go.

Not a bad puller
Good , Removable handel, release switch well built, all pins with snap washers for quick hook change .Bad , machining on parts is a little sloppy , but works.I removed black spring housing and replaced cable with nylon winch rope for telecom cable tensioning , had to sand and polish the barrel and cable guide , as they would have shreded the nylon , works great if you want to spend a little time fixing it up !? Other than that , its a regular 1 ton come a long with a removable handle!

Small but great for pulling tree into straight position
This is the 3rd try. Beats the other two as follows: 1. Functional storage case, 2. Easier to operate as on the other two it was impossible to unlock the mechanism that allows pulling out the cable.
