Yes - these treats are a soft-baked texture. Our Soft & Chewy treats are the softest cookies we bake!

Why does this take over a month to ship??

I don't know unless they are a small company and process in small quantities.

This product is definitely discontinued, I would do another search on Amazon

Which flavor is the softest?

Every flavor we've tried have been soft. Our puppers loves the Salmon, Cheese, PB & Banana. We like that you can easily break into bites.
