Q: Do i need to switch to another line? i got my hair japanese straightened again and when it's wet it's stringy, gummy, mushy. when dry it's a bit rough

I'm sfraid stringy, gummy, mushy signals hair damage from the chemicals. Get a healthy trim and use the Aveda damage remedy. I hope this helps.

Q: My shampoo was delivered frozen, once it thaws is it still good to use?

I suppose once it thaws it will be alright to use. I did not like this product AT ALL. It left an awful coat of greasy material on my hair that also killed the shine for days. I had to wash my hair with vinegar to eliminate the residue. Good luck with it, but it was not good for me. I bought it to repair some 'damage' but this remedy was worse than the original and not so bad dryness.

I use this daily & have fine hair, and it isn’t heavy for me at all. I hope this helps. I love this shampoo.

It will not take the chlorine discolor out of hair but it will certainly bring damaged hair back to life - stronger and shinier.
