Works well, contains magnesium, and doesn't make me sick
I use this to refill my pocket bottle. It might be the cheapest sport drink out there. It is also one of the best, but you might want to mix it with watered fruit juice or a little protein powder for long rides.

Elete has been my favorite sport drink manufacturer for many years of cycling. It is one of the few that contains magnesium and it is in a form doesn't cause diarrhea (looking at you, Skratch). No sugar, and the refill bottles are super cheap. I don't know why this stuff isn't more popular.

Only thing that has helped 3 generations
