Q: What is the weight limit per basket?

This unit holds 27 lbs Per Shelf.

Q: I have an oven to the right of my opening. How far does the front shelf need to come out to clear the oven so I can extend the second shelf?

If you have an oven next to your cabinet this will most likely not work. If your oven sticks out more than 1-5/8" then it will not work.

Q: What is Door opening height with or without frame?

For a frameless cabinet, the minimum dimensions are 15" Wide x 21.66"Deep and 22" High. For a face frame cabinet, The minimum cabinet opening is 15" Wide x 22.41"Deep x 22"High. Please see the attached video to see how to measure your cabinets.
