Very easy to use! Happy with it

The foot rest is very small. Product is smaller than expected. No impact at all on stomach or Arms. You're better off with a few leg raises. I do not recommend this waste of money. I will be returning it.

Value for money very easy to use

This broke after 10 minutes of use. I haven't had the chance to use it until now and I'm so disappointed. It snapped and broke and nearly broke my hand! Not happy at all!

I've been using one of these on and off for 20-30 years now. The ends that hold the foot loops in place do have a tendency to work lose over time. I have got used to making sure they are fully pressed in before each use, just to be on the safe side. In our house it's called 'the thing on a spring'. Slides flat under the sofa when not in use. I love it.

First time using it, it snapped apart and sprung back and hit me , now got a swollen hand and afraid to use it again. cheap plastic and cheaply made

I had one of these years ago and after several years of frequent use the handle broke and I could never find a workable substitute. And I didn't know what it was called so I couldn't search for another one! Then I just saw this on Amazon and ordered it instantly. It's exactly what I remember -- a fantastic little device that can exercise your arms, legs, back, or abs, depending on how you use it. Easy and fun. The spring has good strong resistance. Everyone should get one!
