Wow! I had my doubts, but this stuff really works! My little female Yorkie was a nightmare to house-train, but she finally caught on at 2 years old. We've had male Yorkies and male Shih Tzus that were easily trained, but this female was difficult. Some say females are harder to house-break - who knows. Anyway, after 2 years of using Resolve to clean/pat the pee-spots off the carpet, it still left dozens of little 3-inch yellow spots on our family room blue carpet. It looked atrocious on a bright sunny day, with every spot visible. We tried lots of the usual cleaning products, including whole carpet cleaning - but the yellow stains remained. We figured it's time for a new carpet, but first I gave this TMF stuff a try. Nice easy, durable, squirt/spray bottle. I simply walked around and gave a few squirts to each spot, getting them rather wet and moist. Leave them alone and let them dry. Come back in a couple hours and do it again. After 3 or 4 of these cycles over the next couple of days, the bottle was empty, but NO MORE SPOTS! This is great stuff! It smells good while spraying, and it has no odor once it's dry.

After I had tried every thing, and I mean everything, I used the ChatGPT to find the product that was truly going to work for me, and this is what it suggested. Despite buying other products that were the same price or even more than this, you can imagine my initial skepticism. But I have to admit this thing worked. I can now walk down the hallway where my aging dog had multiple accidents on her way to her potty pad. After two applications of the solution, the soaked in pee smell that lingered for so long in my wood floor is now gone. I wish they sold it in a smaller bottle because now I have an almost full bottle and no more old pee to use it on.

This has been one of the best urine stain remover and regular stain remover I have tried so far. I would have done a 4 star rating since it seems too expensive but since it did such a great job I gave 5 stars. I wish they had it still available in the gallon size.

This product doesn’t work as promised, I used it to clean an area where my cat peed and it made him go pee there again, twice. I sprayed it on an area that hadn’t been peed on yet, an then he went there. I had to clean with natures made urine destroyer to actually get him to stop.
