Do you need a uv light to dry it ?

It says you don't need a light, but it's very matte, streaky, & ridgey if you don't use one, especially on the first coat. HOWEVER, the color becomes glorious & shiny with just a quick pop under the dryer. Dryers being only $9-11 (although I use a $19 48W UVLED that seems to work on both), it's well worth the purchase, if you can afford one, for the phenomenal finish diff, especially with this color. And I use this color as base under many diff iridescent colors as well.

I am looking for something pink/white- can't find this in CVS right now to check it out in person...would you describe the color like this?

This color is a beige-nude. It's neither pink nor white. Hope that helps.
