Will this filter out flouride, voc's, lead, arsenic and other harmful additives added in tap water? or do i fill it with bottled water?

MRET is not a filter, it is a water structuring technology. You still need to begin with pure water before using the MRET. We prefer water made from the Electron 4 or 5 Distiller.

how can I be sure that this is original and certified water activator?

I wondered the same thing. I don't know but I do know this: I have been trying to get re-hydrated for the last 2 years. I drink over 80 oz of water per day and it wasn't until I started drinking the MRET water from this activator that I was able to increase my hydration level by 8% in 2 months. Hope that helps.

I have a purifier that makes alkaline or acidic water, is this okay to use with the mret? i also after doing the alkaline water distill it as well

It is fine to use alkaline water in the MRET pitcher. The best water to make is made with the Electron Distiller.
