Of the hundreds maybe thousands of products I have purchased on Amazon, this Lumintop FW3A is my favorite. It is objectively a top 5 EDC flashlight in the world. With its small compact size and true 2800 lumen count, you will be pleased. Yes it does get hot, however this is not the fault of the light, energy output causes heat. Its that simple. The operating system is the only that could be a potential disadvantage for this light. For example, I elected to not get this particular light for my Mom because I didn’t want her to accidentally get stuck on a mode and not know how to get back. Yes there is a muggle mode (limited lumens for safe use) but again, it could be locked in this mode. Anyway, if you can operate a smart phone you can operate this light. Best product on amazon. (If you are curious why my light is lighting up green, its because there is a glow in the dark Turbo glow gasket attached, sold seperately) this light can be modified quite a bit as there is a lot of after market support. Mostly on other platforms.

This thing is insanely bright for how small it is. Battery life isn’t the best, but for how well it works, I can’t complain.

This torch is packed with features. It will do almost anything you want. That being said, it is a little complex to program. But if you don't mind taking a little time to understand all the things you can do with it, it will reward you! What I liked about it the most was it's small size for the power it packs. I carry it in my pocket and don't even know it's in there. The 18650 battery has a considerable amount of run time compared to the flashlight I replaced it with, having a 14500 battery. The diameter of this Lumintop FW3A is not that much larger than the flashlight with the 14500 battery. All in all, I am totally happy with my purchase. It's small powerful and has almost endless possibilities for programming it.

While this little flashlight is awesome and packs a punch, the seller sent me a bad one this time. This was my second fw3a flashlight and was purchasing as a gift from MZ Trading Company. The flashlight doesn’t work properly and I’m having a heck of a time getting any info on how to exchange it, though I’ve sent a few emails already. Bottom line, flashlight = amazing, but seller = Risky/shady.

The battery tail-spring (negative contact) fell off when removing the battery for its third battery charge. The manufacturing workmanship is defective, unfit for use. The flashlight no longer functions. The tailcap was fastened too securely to be serviced by household tools. Durability and reliability of this flashlight cannot be assured. This product lasted less than 60-days.
