I gave this to my sister, and she can't stop raving about it. Apparently she never had a high-quality pot like this, nor one that was of sufficient size to make a good soup. I'm very happy for her; now I want one!

I just received my new stockpot and I am thrilled with the size, quality and heft. I got it for making large batch soups but I realized it would work perfectly with my Joule sous vide appliance. It is going to be even more useful than I thought.

Again, All-Clad does not disappoint! The aluminum core goes up the sides to the top and the curved lip is great for pouring neatly. Easy to clean due to the high quality steel it's made from. It's the type of steel that has high release properties. Oh, and this one can fit the All-CLad pasta inset, and its lid fits the pasta inset as well.

Very well crafted, these look and feel like quality and perform very well. Although fully clad stainless performs well (within it's limitations), it can never equal my heavy copper pot in terms of performance, evenness of cooking etc, but it has it's own advantages. It's much lighter, needs far less care (I'm always careful in washing and using my copper pot, because copper is softer and easily dented, obviously, compared to the stainless exterior and interior of this pot). It won't discolor or tarnish etc. Overall, it's a good stockpot/casserole pot.

Fantastic quality casserole with All Clad quality. It's hard to find this brand in Spain so I was glad to be able to buy this here. My oldest All Clad pan is approaching 20 years of service and it still looks great.
