Ceramic Sublimation Blank Mugs (15 oz. - 36 Case, White)

Don’t waste your money. Look for better quality. 95% of my mugs so far have flaws such as pictures. If your buying for a sublimation business people do not want to purchase a flawed mug. My first time buying this brand and will be my last.

This is a great product, unfortunately by the time I got to the bottom of my box I realized most of the bottom layer is broken- edges chipped and or just all the way broken. The return window is closed, and now I don’t have enough to gift for Christmas. 😔

I hate to say this but I felt like I was buying second hand mugs. Almost every mug had something wrong or off with them. Either a dimple or something that seemed to be in the glaze that prevented me from selling them. I used them for testing new designs or giving to people I knew that knew about the defect. I bought them because I knew Amazon would get them here sooner. I would not order again.

I received my order today and there were 3 broken mugs and about four of them have this yellowish gunk buildup on them around the bottom where it looks like the coating dripped or something... I am not very impressed... I am hoping they work good for what I ordered them for but I won’t be able to sell the ones with the gunk on them 😔

White blank mugs are a must for us. We have ordered from this seller before (colored handles and inside). We have been very happy with the finish and quality of the mugs.The one down side (not enough to drop a star) was some came in broken. We called and they not only replaced the broken ones (9 in total) but just sent a case of 12. Now that's customer service. And yes, we will be buying from them agian
