I bought this for myself. Always interested in the Salem Witch Trials, finding this modern day witch intrigued me. Her book is well written and insightful. A good read!

Good early Wiccan text. Would be great as initial contact for new interested parties.

EVERY woman MUST read this!!! So empowering! I've read it several times - it nourishes my soul. I would love to meet Ms. Cabot and thank her for writing it. She is so talented.

The word "Witch" holds negative connotations for most people. What Lauri Cabot does in "The Witch in Every Woman" is to help women understand why those negative connotations infringe on what it means to be woman.I found the book to be conversational in tone, and could feel the author's desire to impart her wisdom to women in hopes of improving their lives. She is not dogmatic, and does not preach. She retells ancient Celtic myths and demystifies them, helping women (and men if they so choose) to apply them in their daily lives. There are meditations and rituals that can be used at the end of each chapter. I learned so much from this book, and have used it as a starting point for studying. She brings up many subjects that can be researched for a more in depth discovery.If you are a woman who is fed up with the way that women are viewed and treated in our society, who longs to feel powerful, who yearns to create magic and to embrace ritual in her life, this book is for you!

I found this book to be pretty good and interesting if youre looking for a bit of explanation as to what a witch is and a little history and tales. It also gives a sense of empowerment to women but at times I felt lost with so many tales and less factual stuff. It was mostly a way to understand the feelings we all have and how to become more empowered to change certain things.

What is there to say. Its written by Laurie Cabot! I have another book for her's and I just love it. If you are a long time witch or just wanting to learn, Lauren Cabot- The Official Witch Of Salem is the one for you. I also have Power Of the Witch. Fantastic book.

This book is so inspiring and powerful! It's helped me over come years of PTSD I suffered as a child through the religion I was forced to be apart of. This book has truly changed my life!

This is a great self help book to let all of us know that we have more power than we are willing to admit.

La signora Cabot avrà pure tanta buona volontà di provare che la magia ha un fondamento scientifico, e sotto certi punti di vista posso anche essere d'accordo, ma in questo libro ogni volta che ha cercato di spiegare qualcosa scientificamente, ha sparato degli sfondoni allucinanti. Quindi a conti fatti, la sua credibilità di autrice per me è pari a zero.bonus: leggendo questo libro, si potrebbe pensare che l'intera popolazione femminile mondiale sia etero. Per l'autrice è scontato che l'attrazione debba per forza essere per il sesso opposto. Una visione un po' ristretta, visto l'argomento.
