Titles can be misleading. This adoption of “leather”when it’s poly urethane is just nonsense. Quit putting leather in the description when it is not. So obviously that was the first thing I noticed was it was not leather nor does it feel like leather. There is some padding, though, so that is good. So It adds a little Cushioning. It installs easy but definitely slides. Probably good for car seat etc but I think we would all get annoyed with these sliding around. Probably going to send back. If I get PU, it’s going to be a fitted cover. I liked the idea of a leather cover over my leather cover. Would keep crumbs out of the seat I think so maybe good for that. And if you want a cheap quick cover maybe try this. Does have a little pocket at the bottom which I do like as storage is never abundant enough with kids and traveling. The back is black and I do worry it could bleed on my grey seats. I think they should do the same color as the front. They didn’t offer a grey but I think they should. Then do grey felt with grey etc or maybe a dye free option for the felt that is universal so no risk of color transfer.
