Q: Are the long enough to clean the bottom of wine bottle?

The cleaning brush set is not sturdy enough to clean wine bottles or any bottles in my opinion.

Q: Is it wire or brush at the end?

The bristles go to end, if that's what you mean, but these are so flimsy and weak that I wouldn't recommend them regardless. The medium and small ones are rather floppy, so you can't actually maneuver them inside a smaller bottle to clean.

Q: Will the big brush fit a contigo 24 oz water bottle?

Yes. 24oz. Bottles are all I have and the brushes work FANTASIC! I had a cheap version and I just couldn't get the straw and mouth piece clean. These brushes made them as clean as new.

Q: Can the smallest brush fit into the hole of a neti pot?

Yes it can. why do i know this, because i have a porcelain neti pot. The med and the sm brush will clean, the only differences between the brushes is the length.
