However, it would be much usefull if it comes in different sizes, in order to fit the small jars as well.

Works great. I usually get a 16oz bottle of PB atleast1 week before needing it. Store upside down that way the oil moves to the bottom of bottle when turned over to normal position. Then use a long Ice Tea spoon to reach down and stir from bottom. Takes a bit of pressure and still get some oil spillage. Used EZPB today very happy with results . Started it it 1/2 way into bottle- A few turns of bottle then lowered to bottom - Stirred for 30 sec or so - was concerned - couldn't see much happening Removed and cleaned EXPB - checked with trusty ice tea spoon -All mixed better than ever. No oil spill Device is wide enough to reach sides of jar so getting all mixed. Will continue to invert sealed bottle for some time before using, like having oil on bottom when stirring - then right to EZPB - sorry Ice Tea spoon Additional info -- after a few days of using the peanut butter mixed with EZBP - I found it to be the creamiest ( even tough chunky) and consistent texture than i ever achieved with the ice tea spoon mix method -- Even more pleased with this device

Tested on 16 oz jar of Santa Cruz creamy dark roasted. This is a purpose-built tool that exists for the sole reason of stirring natural peanut butter. That's it. It's pretty light, just an aluminum rod that has been bent into shape. It's not complicated to use. You stick it in and you turn it. You keep turning it. And then you turn it some more. And then your peanut butter is mixed. I've tried all the tricks. Stabbing the peanut butter like a psycho with a knife. Trying to stir it in the jar. Leaving the jar upside down for days. It's all BS. The only other method I know that works is to completely take all the peanut butter out of the jar, mix it with a whisk, and then put it back into the jar. But that's a huge hassle. If you regularly buy these oily peanut butters that need to be stirred, you need this. It really works. Just be aware that you're never going to have the consistency of jif. No tool can compensate for the lack of stabilizers and terrible oils that are added to mainstream commercial peanut butters.

Before I stumbled across this handy little tool, I used to dread opening a new jar of almond butter, knowing that I’d be spending many painful and messy minutes desperately trying to to stir the oil back into the product with a fork while continually wiping spilled oil from outside of the jar and counter as I went along. With this stirrer, I still have to spend a few minutes ensuring everything is well incorporated, but there is no more mess as the oil stays in the jar. And the included black “card” with the hole to scrape excess butter off the stirrer helps minimize any waste. I wish I’d had this thing years ago, but better late than never!

This was an impulse buy based on an article in the NY Times Wirecutter section. I was clearly not the only person to respond because the brand recommended in the article was sold out. I decided to try this one since it was an inexpensive purchase. It is not nearly as easy to use as I imagine the model that uses an actual jar cap to hold the stirrer in place. The metal plate provided is really only useful as a scraper to clean the stirrer. That being said, this product does do a better job of mixing peanut butter than the spoon I previously used,
