The best olive oil I have ever tasted!
The only reason why I didn't give this 5 stars is because of how expensive it was for the amt. Granted, I know you get what you pay for. I'm about saving money w my big family. I'll go to walmart to shop cuz of the prices nowadays and get more for cheaper. BUT! I thought I knew evoo until I tasted this. Holy crap! Even the smell was mouth watering. I literally took a shot of it. It gave every dish a whole new flavor. My stepdad asked what oil I used in a meatless spaghetti dish I always make. I told him evoo. It blew him away. He had never tasted olive oil so flavorful. Showed him the can. He asked me where I got it and I knew he was about to go get some. I told him Amazon. His smile kinda dropped. He knows nothing about Amazon. Just gona have to gift him a can. I'll have to get another to keep on hand and not go through so fast. You gota try it!

I love this EVOO!
Simple as that - La Tourangelle is delicious, top quality olive oil. So tasty in fact, I believe I could literally turn it up and drink it straight! I also buy the brand's sesame oil.

Good grade of olive oil but can was dented prior to shipping
Very good olive oil however even with being wrapped in bubble wrap in a larger box with extra paper padding the can still arrived dented which leaves me to believe that the can was in this dented state before it was put in the shipping packaging. For the price that has been increasing Amazon should do better than this.

great kitchen staple
I added this to my winter grubstake, and now to order a back-up supply. I'm a lifelong baker and enthusiastic amateur cook, and I lived in rural Alaska for decades. We know good stuff, and I love my different oils for different cooking techniques. This one is tasty with homebaked rustic breads, drizzled on pastas or mixed up with spices and vinaigrettes for various salads.
