Convenient to use and tasteless
Although I have not used them long enough to ascertain a difference, so far I found them to be easy to use and convenient. They dissolve quickly and it's not noticeable or taste.

On a recent trip to Mexico I pro-actively took this for a week before & the week during the trip. For the very 1st time, I did not get "Montezuma's Revenge". Amazing. It may be the strength or the combo of PRE-& PRO biotics but it works. I now take them at home daily realizing that maybe my gut health is way more important than I thought! Highly recommended.

Seems to work
Tried many and this one is seeming to work well! One note for the manufacturer... create an easy rip in the horizontal on top. Ripping down the side can be messy.

This is a good probiotic
I put two packs to my juice or yogurt in my empty stomach every morning. I loved it. It works my guys well. I have number 2 when I get up from bed every morning. I sometimes make twice a day if I eat a lot of fibers.
