Hands down, the best probiotic and company out there! Highly recommend! Good for the belly, and your girly parts.

I’ve always loved and trusted this brand, and this probiotic has been no exception. Taking it daily has really helped improve my gut health, and I’ve noticed a positive difference since incorporating it into my routine. My only complaint is that you have to take two capsules a day. Since I already take a handful of supplements, I’d prefer if the full dose were in just one capsule for convenience. Other than that, it’s a great product that I highly recommend!

I have been taking these Garden of life Probiotics for many years. I was only taking one day and am now up to two a day. I do think it takes the tummy a while to get use to them, but they provide so many good benefits.

This is an excellent product! However I feel like the Vaginal Care from RAW helped me a little better, because I am not quite through menopause yet. But this product is definitely worth its cost. In purchasing it off of Amazon, it is cheaper, but it is shipped without an ice pack. I called the company, Garden of Life, and the woman told me that when the capsules are filled, they put in a higher count of live cultures than it says on the box, to allow for die-off when the product is shipped out. However, living in AZ, I think I am going to pay more money come summertime, to have it shipped on ice and still have enough viable product left inside the capsules. I also know you can test the probiotic to see if it is still viable in a 1/4 c. of milk. You empty the contents of the capsule into the milk and let it sit out on the counter for the next 6 - 7 hours. If it is still viable, the milk will start to curdle. I have done this and it is effective way to test your probiotics. However, if you want to be extra safe during the hot summer months, have it shipped with an ice pack or buy it in a store. Overall, after reading lots of labels and researching probiotics, I feel that this company makes one of the best probiotics out there and I personally have noticed a difference.

After my urologist recommended this product, starting in 2022, I have had significantly less pain and urgency. I take a daily antibiotic and this product has been a reassurance for me. I have regularity and fewer bowel prob lems in genral.
