This medal is very well made with beautiful coloring and a raised image of St. Benedict on the back. I got it blessed by my local priest and love wearing and praying with it. It didn't come with a necklace, but it said it didn't. Also, be aware that this is a larger medal, compared to most Catholic medals (Miraculous medals, other saint medals, etc.), but if you know that when you buy it then that's fine.

Beautiful big medal with color as well. Love the card it came with explaining the meaning of the Latin words on the medal front and back.
