Best acupressure mat and pillow I have found for faster release of muscle knots and headache pain relief. Yes very bed of nails pain and sometimes I just wear jeans and t-shirt or place a towel over the needles. Absolutely recommend sitting on the matt and standing on the pillow which makes my blood flow increase and gets my lymphatic system drainage moving. Its my go-to when my sciatica plays up and really helps me to relax and fall asleep faster. Luxury look too and premium cotton fabric, top quality. Feels like porcupine needles, hurts but love that it works so fast. Bought one for my friend, he loved it too so had to buy one for myself of course

I used this mat as soon as it arrived because I have been having issues with neck pain. I laid on the mat for 6 minutes and my neck pain was gone. I would reccomend this product!

Seems good quality to me. I would recommend as others have. First painful then becomes relaxing.

So I bought this on a night that I was in great pain and just so desperate-so I thought why not-I’ve tried so many products…while it’s not a replacement for my pain meds-this does help elevate my pain and relax me!!
