Building upon a 145-year legacy, Laima continues its introduction in North America featuring premium brands of boxed chocolates and bars; cookies, biscuits and wafers; and gourmet frozen torts and cakes sold in specialty stores in the United States. Laima's long-standing production cycle is held in a state-of-the art manufacturing facility-from importing the highest-quality cocoa beans to the final manufacture of chocolates without using purchased semi-finished products. Laima cocoa beans are specially roasted, ground and tempered to get the unique taste of Laima chocolate. The result is unmatched, premium-quality confections. To maintain freshness of our chocolates, all shipments leave the warehouse on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. If you place an order on or after Thursday, your chocolate will be shipped on Monday.
