Highly efficient.The only reason I give this product a lower review, is that I feel the quality of the fabrication is substandard to what I expect. The cooling tray is really meant for a desk or table surface, as far as I can tell. It does not sit on a person's lap well without some other support.The adjustable mount, while a great idea in theory, is a bit frustrating to get right, especially when you move the laptop or even are just dealing with raising it while it's on your desk. More often than not I make them uneven before I get it right.Finally I wish that you could turn the blue LEDs off without disabling them permanently. You cannot turn them off without doing so. Fortunately it is relatively simple to disable them, butt this could have been thought out better.

Absolute waste of time. This was purchased in addition to another chill mat from a different vender due to availability, however I ended up having to purchase a new USB hub as the chill mat blew the hub. I always power hubs and chill mats are never directly plugged into my computer. Just as well as who knows what damage this could have caused.I noticed after the first day that the fans went from 4 working fans to just 2 fans, then nothing. I bought this to replace my CoolMaster one that conked out. After three days of use, WOW, this bad boy is AWESOME! The four fans do a great job keeping my laptop cool to the touch. I like the incline feature, and no worries about it slipping off the pad due to the lip that you can put up.The USB ports are on the back and centered in the middle of the cooling pad. There isn't a on/off switch for the pad or lights, which to me, isn't a big deal.

Doesn't sit flat. Not sure if mine was defective or other reviews more kind. However it is not much good as a stand with this glaring defect. I tried adjusting but cheap plastic broke immediately. Even less than 4 lbs I would have been wary to set this on. Sometimes you get lucky with a cheaper product "the Ice Coorel" in this case sometimes you end up with a waste of money destined for the trash. This is the latter by far.

This worked fine for a month or so. Now it only works occasionally. Sometimes I plug it in and it works. Sometimes it doesn't.Update: It is now two months later. It has quit working entirely. They only allow returns for one month. I recommend never buying this product.Update #2: After I reduced the rating to one star, the seller offered me a full refund without even returning the cooling pad. I am increasing the rating back to two stars since the seller made me whole.

Works great and keeps my 'Sleepy' Laptop awake! Well worth the price. Although I gave it only 4 stars because the tilt feature is a bit weak and the flip-out lip at the bottom doesn't do well and stabilizing the device allowing it to easily come off and fall.

It was good while it lasted, which was about 6 months. The reason seems to be the power plug. NO matter the cords or USB outlet, or my USB ports anywhere, the fan rarely works.Had to jiggle for months now it just won't work. I am looking to buy a different one to replace this short-lived fan

The fans work well. (4). But the adjustments that slide the pad to a tilt, broke off pieces and now I cannot tile it upwards.Its all plastic so I cannot tilt it up for my laptop. Not sure why it broke off. Now the other side broke off. This prevents me from tilting my laptop! HATE THIS product!
