Can't install USB Driver
The Product arrived next day through Prime, which was great, however, before I started to assemble anything, I checked to see if the software would load properly. Unfortunately it did NOT load. It gives an error stating it cannot locate a file on the CD which comes with the package. What is more frustrating is that none of the documents on the CD give any type of support contact information. That said, I have no where to try to download the file, nor can I contact the manufacturer to get those files. I will have to return the product. I was really looking forward to using this, but I will not be able to. The file in question is the CH340SER.EXE which is the USB driver to communicate with your PC.

Tough little machine, terrible motor.
The media could not be loaded. Tough framed machine but lacks a gGood motor. The motor is extremely unbalanced but still functional.Works fine with the Easel website for operation, (must double all measurements in the Easel setting)Machine is not for those who don't like assembly but if you build it, you will appreciate it just wish it had a better motor at this price.

A disappointment
The first thing you need to know about this product is that is has no assembling instructions. Really! You can find instruction guidelines in YouTube but some videos may have different instructions. Most videos with the exception of a couple will show you how to improperly install the slack spring coil. So be aware. Be sure to do your research when venturing on assembling this machine. After more than 2 hours I finally got the machine assembled and working using their control module. However, this machine does not come with a driver. It comes with a CD which I assume is were the driver can be found but which computer now a days has a CD player. This is poor planning from the manufactures. People in YouTube use open source software to use the machine. So you can circumvent this problem. My biggest problem was the working distance you have with this machine. After installing the drill bit you only have a ~20mm distance for the material you want to carve. This is much less than the one it is advertised. Also the clamps provided are bulky and not useful for small material blocks. For instance, I needed to cut holes and a pattern on a 1.5 in rod and the clams were on the way and make it impossible to use. In all will I recommend this machine, NO! I will not, which is a shame because I really need to CNC some parts.
