I have been using the ASquared supplements for a good while now and have been very pleased with their products! They feel like they are of a higher quality than most others I have taken, and I feel like the owner(s) must really take the time to research each one, and to find the most optimal way of delivering the supplement to the body of the user. Just as an example, I am a vegetarian and therefore I do not intake enough B-12 naturally since it is derived from animal product; I only get B-12 through cheese and I certainly don’t eat enough cheese to maintain a healthy daily dose of this vitamin. My energy levels can sometimes feel very low, and I have tried SO MANY B-12 supplements on the market. I have tried vitamins, capsules, gummies, liquid drops, etc and NOTHING has worked for me - until I started taking the Methyl-B12 from this brand ASquared. The way this vitamin is delivered is amazing as it is available for absorption immediately (after doing a ton of research I learned this is the best way for people like me to take this vitamin). I can tell the difference on days that I take my vitamins and supplements late (or forget to take them), as I feel lethargic without. Currently, I have a whole regimen going using mostly all ASquared products. I just turned 40 this year and I figured it is time for me to take control of my health. I use their Methyl B-12, Vitamins D-3 and K-2, Berberine, Raspberry Ketones, Quercetin, Nicotinamide, and DHEA. The only supplements I use that are not from ASquared include an Olly Women’s Daily Multivitamin, as well as a Women’s Probiotic. In addition, I do eat healthy and exercise, and I feel better and stronger than ever - yes, at 40. Lastly, I haven’t been sick in so long and I do believe it is owed to these supplements giving my immune system what it needs to repair itself and stay healthy! I highly recommend this manufacturer and the supplements that they offer! I have reached out to customer service once before, and Adam was highly responsive and helped me to the fullest. This may be a small family-owned business, but the way that they take care of and treat their customers is top notch and undefeated. I was already very satisfied with the products before, however after speaking with Adam over several days has truly made me a customer for life and I am so impressed with their operations. Not to mention they are made in the USA so no import/back order issues, or tariffs spiking up their prices! 10/10!

After hunting long and hard for a Methyl B-12 that has no flavoring, no sugar, no sweetener, no dye coloring no starch , no rice flour THIS IS MY NEW CHOUCE FOR LIFE!! Yes, there's some slight coloring. But only slight coloring. The long, flat shape of tablet makes it easy for older folks to break in half . I break mine apart and crush it and hold it in my mouth sublingual style like a mouthwash, then swallow it all after 30 seconds. Then chase it with water. This micro crystalline filler used enables this tablet to go both ways: as a swallowed, easily dissolved tablet, or as a sublingual . The big flat oval shape makes this easy. No soy. No starch. This will please the Keto folks. I beg the manufacturer to never change anything about this tablet. This is perfection. When I took the first dose I got an instant "friendly little flutter" (literally speaking) in the heart. That flutter quit as quickly as it came. This was my signal that it was much needed, and its potency was as promised. Then I felt a burst of energy and reduction in muscle pain. These were similar signs my body gave me when a thiamine /B-complex deficiency was addressed recently by taking Sari brand nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast has all B vitamins, except B-12. I'm a poor absorber of food sources B-12. That's why I needed Methyl B-12. Thank you to this manufacturer for not sending chump crap that resembles Sweet Tarts candy. This is my brand for life!

Awesome product

I don't know what to say, I'm nearly 65 and do not take any pharmaceuticals of any kind, but I eat mostly home prepared foods and take a protocol of Vitamins C, B1, B12, D3, Magnesium, CoQ10, & Resveratrol. Does this particular B12 work better than the last one? I feel the same. I have plenty of energy and have great sex! So, my advice for anyone is to stop eating fast foods, stop drinking sodas (things like Coke), and attempt to eat as much real food as you can afford. Ultimately, it is not how long you live, rather it is the quality of live you lead. Drink plenty of water, get some exercise, and rest. Finally, don't worry about stuff you have no control over. Turn off the computer. Turn off the TV. All of those things politicians are doing are annoying and you have no control over those things. Pay attention to what is right in front of you and you will be happier. Cheers! (Take your vitamins!)
