can this machine be use to clean carpet?

will it clean coral floor tiles that are heavily ingrained with dirt?

It should work very well. I use it on some sealed natural tiles in my house. It works with minimal water, but lots of steam pressure. Since the floors are really dirty, for the first-time cleaning you might want to use an appropriate tile cleaner in addition to the steam pressure.

Can I power wash my house?

No, this is an steam cleaner not a power washer. You can clean nearly every surface inside your house, though. Tile, grout, tubs, toilets etc.

Is the steam strong enough to remove dirt and other grime from chrome car wheels. Or must I go to a car wash to get the powerful steam blast.

Hi there, the steam is hot enough to melt away most any grime (over 212 degrees).The blast provides two choices a high and a low. It is not a power washer blast but it provides a blast strong enough to splatter dirt all over my shower wall when I am cleaning the rail, this combined with the heat is pretty powerful! hope this helps.
