Does it work with Xbox one?

I bought this for my xbox one a few months ago and it works great. More then doubled my xbox storage and no performance issues while playing games.

Is it difficult to reformat this for a Mac?

Don't use this drive as NTFS like others are suggesting. Reformatting for Mac is a very simple process. Just google it.

Does it with a usb cord

My instructions says there was one but mine did not unless you want to call the plug on the back of the disk a cord. I was surprised at the cost of a 24 inch cord.
