Nature'S Living Superfood, 150 Gm

As I just ordered my second pot of this product it felt about time to write a review for it. I have now taken it for just over a month and I do feel better, I wouldn't say I have more energy per say, but I have CONSTANT energy levels through the day, which is a big thing for me as I tended to crash quite hard between meals. I also notice I feel less hungry between meals and I now very rarely have cravings for random foods, all signs of a healthier digestive system I believe! To be honest I have never tried any other green food supplement. I read about this in an issue of Good Housekeeping at a time where I was tired, always bloated, and generally a bit sad and figured given it's organic and raw ingredients, it wouldn't do any harm even if it didn't do any noticeable good. This meant I was very pleasantly surprised when I started to feel benefits after only a couple of days. Taste wise, other reviewers have said to them it tastes good or better than other products, I personally think it does taste like pond water, I even refer to it jokingly as my morning pond water, but I always have it in straight water (I can't face food first thing when I wake up, and I have been told that that is the best time to take anything with biological cultures, not sure how true that is but it's part of my routine now!). The taste is not so strong that if you did mix it with something else I image it would be very easily covered. In any case you get used to it pretty quickly. The thing I find harder to get used to is that some of the ingredients don't really dissolve/combine fully with the water so it can be a bit 'gritty'. I just down it in 1 or 2 gulps. I've taken a star off as it is pretty expensive, there are cheaper similar products out there, and due to the texture mentioned above. But this really is very good quality and worth a try if like me you're just looking for something to supplement an average diet (I am not a health freak, and I don't always get my 5 a day so this helps towards that too).

Beautiful packaging and quality, great for travelling too! When I miss consuming it in the morning I have less energy, it also doesnt have a strong taste, I can get it down with plain water. The taste is a bit grassy( but look at the amazing ingredients!) so I would consider anyone to try it! It makes my skin look more firm, I consume a lot of fish living in Italy so I feel better after having taking this cleansing powder which does promote metal and pollution detox. Great product!

fantastic superfood. i feel energised when i use this. it has a pleasant taste. doesn't taste too much like your drinking the lake like other brands i've used. i think the carob gives it a slightly sweet taste. i like it. would definately recommend as it is an all in one product. greens, probiotics and enzymes. great stuff

I have been taking this super health food along with my daily porridge or in a kale smoothie since july 13. I am amazed at the difference I have noticed in my brain. My memory has improved, my concentration much better, my MS brain fog gone! It is so brilliant I cannot recommend enough. I take it every day, started with 1/4 teaspoon and worked up to recommended 1 teaspoon daily. Having had MS for 12 years and struggling all this time with cognitive issues and having eaten a super healthy diet for a long time, this is the one thing I added to my lifestyle, and it really does work for me. I had read about the positive effects of spirulina, algae and chorella as well as the other 25 ingredients on the brain and it really does work ;-)
