South Central China-- Just like everything else we buy !!! For the $$$ they are very well made + the chrome is good quality ! I don't usually promote buying foreign made things, but the reality is nothing is made here anymore, so it's a complete waste of time thinking about it !! So leap rite on the orient express with the rest of us...........

Ended up getting these wrenches for work for a hard-to-reach starter bolt. Finish looks good and held up so far. The foam holder is really nice however it did not fit in my Milwaukee packout. Other than that, seem to be solid.
