adidas Unisex Defender 4.0 Gym Duffel Bag for Men and Women

I recently started working out at my school and wanted a bigger bag that I could dedicate to actual gym clothes/equipment. I chose a medium, as I expected the small would not be able to fit everything that I needed. When I first opened the packaging that contained the bag, I was pleasantly surprised as to how big a medium duffel bag actually is. There is plenty of room for clothes, extra shoes, bottles, balls, etc. in this bag. The bag for me is actually too big, but it is fine for everything I need, so it is not a complaint. In fact, I am still able to fit this bag into a small locker, as it can be smashed down to fit in small compartments. I recommend getting this size because it can fit everything I need comfortably and more if needed. I have no problem throwing it in the back seat on the ground of my car, so transporting it is no problem at all. For functionality, it works very well, as not only does the main compartment have all the space needed, the extra compartments are nice if you are designating them for clothes, keys, or shoes. Although not a feature of the bag, I will give credit to the durability of the bag. The material is premium and has not shown any fading of any sort. I do think the bag will last a long time and will be my to-go gym bag. Overall, I highly recommend the bag. Although a bit pricey, I think the bag is worth it, considering the long-term value. If you are looking for a spacious bag, I think this bag is perfect. However, if you are only transporting clothes, I think a smaller bag may suit the consumer better, just because it is a lot of excess space.

This is actually my second time buying this bag. The first one was four years ago and the only difference from this bag is that the first one was red with two small differences (the red has a mesh venting while this one has some holes for venting and the this one has a zip bag in the main compartment which is something I like over the older one). Both have been used as equipment bags for my sons playing football and the first one has just made it through it's fourth football season and is still in perfect condition. The bag has a large main compartment area that is large enough to fit football pads and helmet with other stuff it in such as a ball. It also has a zipped bag in the main compartment that you can further store some small things like keys and phone or whatever else that you do not want loose in the bag. There are two compartments on either side of the ends of the bags. One is vented and the other is not. The vented side has a few holes in it which I would have preferred how the older bag had mesh as football can get stinky and airing out some things helps alot but this is livable. This has plenty of space for my son to store his cleats, gloves, drink, towel, phone, etc. It has a strap and handles to carry either way. There is also a loop on the bottom of one side. I assume that is to grab and pull towards you when getting it out of wherever it is stored but maybe it is more useful than that and I just am not aware of how to use it properly. From how they are built and put together and the 4 years of the older bag I got- I expect this may end up being used for a minimum of 6 years until the boys get to High School and likely will opt for a bag branded with their school.... even so, we will have two solid bags to use for other things after that. I highly recommend this bag and it can be used for many different things beyond being a gear bag for football.

I have been using this Adidas duffel bag for at least a year and a half, and it has held up extremely well. The size is excellent, and I have not had any issues with its construction. There are no loose threads, and the material still feels strong and reliable. I use it mainly to go to the gym, and I can easily fit my supplements, water bottle, clothes, and other essentials inside. It is very comfortable to carry, spacious, and made with very good materials. Overall, it is a durable, practical, and high-quality gym bag. A very good purchase.

My sister was looking for a gym bag to take to her tae kwon do classes and she likes the color and size of this one. The price is also pretty affordable when compared to other gym bags of the same size and quality. My sister puts shoes, her uniform, water bottle, phone, etc in the bag. I liked my sister’s bag so much that I ordered the same one in a different color. I go to the gym about 4x a week doing physical therapy and tennis and I’m impressed with how much I can fit in it. It has a small zipper pocket on the inside which is perfect for your phone and ear buds. I can easily fit a pair of shoes, snacks, water bottle, a couple text books, deodorant, hair brush, hair ties, chap stick, my wallet, keys, and a whole different outfit with room to spare (it just gets a little heavy and awkward to carry but then you are still getting in the gains even as you walk out of the gym lol). One time I spilled a bubblr next to my bag and didn’t notice it until my bag had been sitting in the puddle for a couple minutes. The bag dried pretty quickly and nothing on the inside of my bag got wet so I was pleasantly surprised. I bought another one of these bags (different color again) as a birthday present for one of my friends who is a weight lifter and goes to the gym a lot as well. She said that the size is just what she was looking for and she loves the inside pocket for her phone. Overall I am very pleased with this bag and everyone else that I know has been as well. I would 100% recommend this bag to anyone who wants a good quality gym bag that isn’t huge.

This bag is the size I was looking for. Big enough for a weekend trip. The color is true to the image. It has one large zippered pocket in front. The sides have a zippered pockets that are about 11 inches tall. One has venting so you can put shoes in it. I haven't had it long, so I don't know how durable it is.

My husband LOVED this bag. I got it for him to use for gym clothes & such. It’s a medium size and actually a little bigger than what he needs for workouts. HOWEVER he refused to let me send it back!! Air vent side for shoes or damp clothes/towels is awesome. There’s an inside zipper pocket that’s not huge but perfect for wallet, keys and a few extra things. It came with two elastic bands to hold it in place should you need to fold it up for storage. Stability is excellent & seems as if it will last forever. The bag itself is super lightweight. The description has the bottom as being water resistant yet the material of the entire bag seems to be and its not that plastic hard feeling material like most water resistant bags either!! As for looks, the camo print is perfect in color (darker green and black) with the black Adidas logo not being overbearing. This bag is simply over all fabulous in appearance, sturdiness, functionality, versatility, roomy etc. I wish I could help out more as for the size but it’s hard bc even tho it’s bigger than what he needs it would likely be perfect for the gym goer that takes more items (resistance bands, gloves, back/hip belt, etc). Anyway, we kept it bc he said he’s going to use it no matter what. A small will be perfect for those of us who don’t need much to carry our gym or overnight clothes. This medium bag will be perfect for the two of us to use as an overnight or weekend trip but still manageable for him to use for gym. If in doubt…buy it anyway bc it’s def worth it (especially at that price!) and there is a return option…although I doubt you’ll want to return it. Hope this helps!!!

The small size is a perfect day bag for the gym. I use the vented shoe end pocket for my shower shoes, the other end pocket for my toiletries, the small interior zip pocket for my wallet, keys, and other things I keep in my pockets. I put my headphones and SpiBelt in the exterior side pocket. I go to the gym in my workout clothes, so my clothes for work and work shoes go in the main compartment. (I bought a basic shoe bag for my shoes so they don’t get my clothes dirty.) The bag is big enough for all that stuff and a little more. Perfect size for a gym locker and to carry without being too big. I wear a size 11.5 running shoe, and they don’t come close to fitting in the shoe pocket. But putting them in the main compartment with a shoe bag is super easy. The bag is a light weight cordura but totally sufficient for the use and price. I paid $28 here and think it’s a great value for the money and a great size and design.

I’m very happy with this adidas Defender 4.0 duffel bag. The quality is excellent and you can really tell it’s made to last. The material feels strong and durable, ideal for daily use, gym sessions, or short trips. It has plenty of space and the compartments are very practical, making it easy to organize clothes, shoes, and accessories. The zippers are smooth and sturdy, and the shoulder strap is comfortable even when the bag is fully loaded. I also like the design—it looks sporty, modern, and professional at the same time. Originally i was going to buy the medium size but decided to go with the small. And it was the best decision, great size with plenty of room to store stuff, good aide pockets and a small front pocket. had to adjust the strap to sit better. great quality, good drip, defiantly recommend it

Die Tasche hält einiges aus und ist wöchentlich 5 mal in Benutzung. Ausreichend Platz und schönes dezentes Design.

Borsa veramente bella, fatta bene, in taglia Small, perfetta per la palestra, comodamente l'asciugamano, i pantaloni della tuta, bottiglia da 1,5 lt, scarpe nell' apposita tasca laterale traforata, altra tasca nell'altro lato e piccola bustina con cerniera all'interno per chiavi, badge della palestra e quant'altro, fatta bene, ottime cuciture, misura perfetta, non ingombrante, non voluminosa, bella da vedere e robusta, oltrechè in colore rosso il mio preferito, e in perfetto abbinamento con tutto il resto. Cosa volere di più.

De nombreuses traces de colles sur le rebat à l'intérieur, de plus suite au 2ᵉ lavages, le grand logo "ADIDAS" s'est décollé. Très décevant pour la marque aux trois bandes mondialement connue !
